Locum – Cardiac Physiologist in East London – £30 – £35 per hour – Long term contract

Position Details:

• Role: Cardiac Physiologist
• Location: East London
• Rate: £30 – £35 per hour
• Accreditation: BSE Accreditation required
• Availability: Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
• Contract Length: 3 to 6 months bookings

Duties and Responsibilities: As a Cardiac Physiologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the care and treatment of patients with cardiovascular conditions, including:

• Carrying out a full range of outpatient Cardiac Investigations
• Performing and interpreting Echocardiograms and other diagnostics including 12 lead ECG, 24-hour ECG, and 24-hour blood pressure monitors
• Planning, performing, and interpreting a range of Cardiology procedures with a high level of competence
• Displaying excellent interpersonal skills to easily engage with colleagues and consultants, building effective working relationships
• Building rapport with patients, displaying an enthusiastic and passionate attitude
• Maintaining a high professional standard of service to all patients, consultants, and other disciplines

You will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff. You should have a solid foundation in general clinical skills and a commitment to maintaining clinical competencies.
